I'll be performing at the LUGGAGE STORE
at 1007 Market Street tomorrow night at 8 p.m.
(thursday).

I'm really excited about my performance as I just came off of a
very exciting and successful tour of Japanese cities this last week.

I'll be doing pieces for brass candy dishes, clitoral vibrators and glasses,
toy instrument players, extended vocal techniques and one audience participation piece which should be really creative and fun.

Hope to see you there. Come say you are from tribe and I'll personally give you a one dollar rebate on the very reasonable entrance fee......lol....I'm serious.

But in actuality he has masterminded a sinister plot to give all of you gothies and gothettes and UV induced tan. Tired he was of all of the pale skin he saw all of the time, he deviously lured the lot of you with promises of entrancing rythyms and cool glowy things, to dance, unwittingly exposing your beautiful alabaster surfaces to the evil purple light.

Now you know the real reason I didn't show up at the event.

CD Release/Blacklight Party TONIGHT!!!!

Just wanted to remind peeps that my CD release party cum
Blacklight party is tonight in Santa Cruz (Sunday, Feb 27th)
at the ATTIC which is above the BLue Lagoon on the Pacific Garden Mall

I'll do a set with relocated Boston bassist Dan Soltzberg and then play the entire CD on a state of the art borrowed Mackie Subwoofed system.

There will be a plethora of blacklights so wear something that glows under UV if you plan on coming.

Oh yeah, and it's free and welcome to all ages.

Gratitude for the outpouring of support I recieved last night

I was so overwhelmed by the outpouring of good wishes and love that came in last night. Craig made me a wired purple hand wall hanging; Robin made me that cool necklace I was wearing; a fan of mine from many years ago gave me a tiny purple hand earring; people brought flowers; Sarah designed a foxylocks hairpiece just for the show; Matty painted a purple hand on his face that glowed under the blacklights; Gretchen made that awesome wall piece out of paper hands behind the set; Gobo and Chip took pictures; Chris Cohn, Gretchen and Matti all worked really hard to make the stage look incredible and then hung around to help me with the long tiring load out, Dan played wonderfully in his first performance in his new hometown; a good deal of the audience wore beautiful black clothing and accoutrements. I made almost enough money from CD sales to pay for the subwoofer that I had to go buy when my sound system plans fell through at the last minute...............it was just an amazing evening and I feel truly blessed.

I'm going out tonight and have a few drinks and dance my ass off at Goth night (come join me, please if you can) to celebrate.

I feel really happy. You are all a big part of why.

PURPLE HAND CD Release/BLACKLIGHT party 2/27 the ATTIC

The PURPLE HAND CD Release and BLACKLIGHT party
(please knock yourself out on wearing any UV active
clothing or jewelry..........we'll have lots of black lights)
will be at the really wonderful new 'out of the box' friendly
art/music venue, the ATTIC on the Pacific Garden Mall (right
above the Blue Lagoon restaurant) on Sunday evening, February
27th from 8- 11 p.m.. in Santa Cruz, California.

I will be playing an improvisational set of new material and will
aslo play the entire CD through a killer sound system and there will
be black light fun for all.

Please come join me: I"m really excited about this new CD.
I culled all 60 minutes from 305 minutes of completed tracks that I have written over the last two years.

It's more rhythmic than the previous L()()p.p()()L CDs and I did all of the sound design myself
